Sausage Stuffer Plate and Knife for Smokehouse Chef

The stainless steel sausage stuffing plate and knife are designed for use with your Smokehouse Chef, Hightower Kitchen, Gvode*, and Chefs Choice meat grinders. The plate has a diameter of 2 1/8" and features a single notch, ensuring a smooth and efficient stuffing process.

It's important to note that only the Smokehouse Chef and Hightower Kitchen meat grinders are made of real stainless steel and are dishwasher safe. This plate is used to stuff meat into your sausage casings, and stainless steel tubes are also available from Smokehouse Chef.

The plate has two large holes to allow the meat to flow faster into the tubes/casings, and a new stainless steel knife is included. The disc has a diameter of 2 1/16" and is known as the size #5.

Please note that the grinder attachments pictured are for reference only and are not included in the purchase. You are purchasing the new stuffer disc and knife, which are great for using with your Kitchenaid and Chefs Choice attachment to make homemade sausage like kielbasa, bratwurst, snack sticks, summer, jalapeno, italian links, hot dogs, and much more.

It's important to note that this plate does NOT fit the white plastic meat grinder attachment. Those are also sold by SmokehouseChef and are identified as Kitchenaid FGA plates and knife.

If you are buying for a GVODE meat grinder, make sure you need a plate with a single notch. Some GVODE meat grinders require plates with two tabs on opposite sides.

The stainless steel disc is designed for use with the Smokehouse Chef and Chefs Choice meat grinders. It fits the size #5 GVODE if the plate needed has a single notch as shown.

The package includes a new, sharp stainless steel knife in the size #5. Be sure to measure your size need before ordering, as this is a standard size #5.
